From the very beginning of my journey in the field of body-based disciplines, I chose to dedicate myself to deep listening to the body and its innate capacity for self-regulation. I initially trained as a Shiatsu practitioner, grounding my work in the Eastern vision of energy and in the subtle dialogue between pressure, breath, and presence.
Over time, my path expanded and evolved. I became an Access Bars® practitioner, a modality that gently works on specific points on the head to facilitate the release of mental and emotional patterns, as well as limiting beliefs. I am also a certified Tantsu® Practitioner, a discipline that integrates conscious touch, empathetic listening, and deep relational presence, creating a safe space in which clients can rediscover inner balance and reconnect with themselves.
In parallel, I specialized in aquatic Bodywork, bringing body-based practices into the element of water, where support, fluidity, and the absence of gravity encourage even deeper relaxation and a broader perception of self.
Although rooted in different traditions and methodologies, these four practices converge into a unified vision: the body as a gateway to awareness, touch as a language, water as an amplifier of listening, and energy as the guiding thread. Each session becomes a personalized experience in which diverse techniques interact to support well-being, balance, and transformation.
My approach is integrated, respectful, and person-centered. Rather than offering a simple treatment, I provide a pathway of presence, release, and reconnection.
